Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ngô Hữu Hoàng (“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of the ProtoX Login website, your account on it, and the ProtoX Login desktop application for Windows (the “App”).

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not create an account and do not use the App.

These Terms are still a draft. They may change before our first commercial release; the banner at the top of this page marks the document as such.

The App is licensed, not sold. While you comply with these Terms and stay within the limits of your plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on the number of Windows devices your plan allows, for your own lawful automation tasks.

The App is proprietary software. Copyright © 2026 Ngô Hữu Hoàng. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You may not:

• copy or distribute the App or its installer except to install it on devices your plan covers;
• modify the App or create derivative works from it;
• sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or resell the App;
• work around its license checks or plan limits; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law allows even where this limitation applies.

The proprietary license text shown during installation is part of the agreement for the App itself, and it is reviewed with legal counsel before the first commercial release.

You need an account on this site to manage a paid subscription and your registered devices. The App itself runs locally on your machine and does not require an account.

Give us accurate, current information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

If you believe someone used your account without your permission, tell us at support@protox.app.

The plans, device limits, and prices shown on the pricing page are illustrative for now: they are marketing data for a product that does not bill yet, so no payment is taken and they may change at any time before paid plans go live.

When paid plans become available, we will show the price and the billing period before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you chose until you cancel.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard; the change applies from the next billing cycle.

If the App is not working for you, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund that payment in full.

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time, from your dashboard or by writing to us.

We may suspend or terminate your account and the license if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by working around license or plan limits or by using the App in a way these Terms do not allow. Where practicable, we will email you before, or promptly after, we do.

When the account or license ends, your right to use the App ends. Data the App stores on your machine stays on your machine. The sections about license ownership, disclaimer, and liability keep applying afterwards.

The App and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for how you use the App. Automate only on websites, services, and systems you have the right to automate, and respect their terms and the law that applies to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or interrupted business — arising out of or related to the App or this site. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose; if you paid nothing, that limit is zero.
